Arraid provides current technology tape drive emulators designed to meet the needs of telephone switching systems and other applications where data needs to be accessed remotely. Based on our TES line of stand-alone, 9trk, reel-to-reel tape emulators, the TES-IP line adds LAN/WAN connectivity. Internal software utilities provide the ability to access the "tape drive" from a central computer via ftp or browser. Collected data can be uploaded to the central computer without human intervention or the need to transport media.

Bi-directional Backup/Restore is fully supported.
