Arraid, Inc.

 provides a number of service products to assist our Customers in the implementation and use of our many data storage product lines. Service products include per incident and contract maintenance, upgrades, training and on-site support. They are categorized by the type of service provided, as the actions taken tend to be the same regardless of the storage product supported.

The standard service categories are:

Warranty Service


All of Arraid's standard manufactured products are covered by a return to factory warranty for one year from the date of manufacture. In addition, Extended Warranty is available providing coverage for up to five years from product manufacture.

The Warranty Service page provides a detailed description of what the Customer can expect from warranty service. All requests for warranty service require a Return Material Authorization. Please see the section on RMA for procedures.

Per-Incident Services


These include the after-warranty activities that you usually think of for product related services: repair, update and retrofit. The Per-Incident Services page provides a description of these service products.

All requests for factory service require a Return Material Authorization. Please see the section on RMA for procedures.

Technical Support Services


This class of products includes on-site installation and/or integration, and factory training. See the Technical Support Services page for details.

Spare Parts


Some Customers require on-site spares to support their own maintenance efforts. Arraid has defined spare parts kits for all of our standard products and options. Contact your Arraid Representative for a quotation.

Return Material Authorization
